Aunt Dana and Liam's Visit

This past week we were very blessed to have Aunt Dana and her son, Liam here from NY.  It was so much fun watching the kids play and to have some much needed girl time.  Liam and Loganne played just about all day and Kaleigh looked on making sure that the babies were ok.  We had so much fun and we can't wait until they can return to Texas!

Quality Time

This past week has been so wonderful with daddy having a few days off.  We have been able to have entire days of really excellent family time.  The girls are loving all the daddy attention and mommy is loving having her husband around.  Every time we went somewhere we have already been as a family Kaleigh made daddy "pretend" he had never been there so that she could give him the tour.  Good times!

Cheeeeese!

While Mema was here she taught Loganne to say "Cheese!" whenever she saw a camera so here are a few adorable shots of her saying cheese.  I just want to eat those cheeks!

Family Fun

Loganne's first taste of cotton candy!

This past week has been filled with fun events including a parade and a visit to the local carnival.

Mema's Visit and Easter

Mema and the girls at the San Antonio Zoo
At the Alamo

Let me begin this update by proclaiming that God is so good!  He continues to bring peace and strength to our household during this time of challenge.  Happy belated Easter and I pray that you would celebrate His resurrection not only on Easter but daily!  Our Easter was very blessed and we were especially excited about Mema's presence with us for the holiday.  We had a wonderful week with Mema including an overnight stay in San Antonio, an aquarium visit, Easter activities and awesome church services.

Seriously....

Just a very quick update without pictures b/c at this moment the only pics that would describe this week would be too disgusting to share.  Our week once again has been filled with throw up and diarrhea.  When you spend so much time around other kids I guess you have to expect some sickness.  Well since I'm not prepared to become a hermit crab I guess I will deal with the sickness.  I must say though all things considered my girls really rock!  Most of the time their smiles and good attitudes would never indicate that they are so sick.  Kaleigh keeps saying "I'm ok because I am brave like my daddy."
